    Apparently, his family thing going on is only part of the problem. The main thing has to do with the aftermath of his suspension and fine after UFC 94. There was a dispute before the weigh-ins for 106, and actually…I found out that Karo actually wants to go to Strikeforce or some other organization.

  3. Well if he has so many problems then ofcourse he should retire since karo the human being is more importent then karo the fighter

    But its weird Karo doesn’t seem like a type of person that wants to retire he seems like he really enjoys competing but nonetheless his health is number 1!!!!

  5. Exactly. I really don’t want to go into detail, since I think it would be rude to do so over the internet. But that’s the thing. His wife isn’t happy with him competing, and so there were problems and he had to pull out. It sucks I know. But really, I don’t think he’ll fight anymore. Since there are these problems, the chances of him signing with another organization is very slim. I think he’ll just stick to teaching and instructing. He won’t get the same amount of money, but it’ll be enough.

  7. I actually know Karo’s family. I found out the reason why he pulled out.

    If you hadn’t known, Karo got married this past summer. Long story short, his wife doesn’t want him to compete anymore.
